Exchange Policy (No Refund Policy)
At Lomoofy, we follow a strict No Refund Policy. We offer exchange only under the conditions mentioned
below.
Eligible for Exchange:
• Damaged product
• Defective product
• Incorrect product received
Exchange Conditions:
• Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video is mandatory (without cuts)
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
Non-Exchangeable Cases:
• Size-related issues
• Change of mind
• Color variation due to screen resolution
• Sale or discounted items
• Missing tags, packaging, or unboxing video
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, an exchange will be initiated. No refunds will be
issued under any circumstances.
